Today’s > ‘Morebuzz’

First… An idea that’s been in discussion, on and off, for a while now… And one that’s

been happening on a smaller scale for some time…

– An ‘exotic’ location holiday

– Workout themed + post workout fun

– 1 – 3 days

– Group coaching

Is that something you would ever do? A trip like that? Is that something you would love 

to do once a year?

Because if it is and if there’s enough interest, it may just be an event to prepare for in the

not so distant future. Reply with your thoughts.

Second… The new summer workouts are on the way.

Every year, @fitbuzz discovers new & effective ways to train.

These discoveries are then created into structured/tailored workouts.

This is partly the reason why the results keep on coming quicker and quicker year after

year here.

The recent explosion in results came around Sept/Oct. Around the time the Venus and ABB

regimes came into existence.

So, I think it’s time to create more explosions.

What is my butt doing wrong?

That’s probably the most popular question that’s come through this week.

That is… Soon to be S-curve members wondering why they don’t have that ultimate bum 

bum bootaay!

I could tell you to go and look in the hall of fame. But what I think you need to hear is…

#1 What’s causing lack of buttocks

#2 The ‘what to do’ to fix it

– Building abs that are too bulky…

This gives you a rectangular shaped torso and kills the S-curve. Which means you get

a ‘ruler’ butt.

– Focusing on heavy squats…

Some variations will aid butt growth. The generic version will probably make your waist

bulky.

– Not doing enough butt targeted exercises…

The butt is too big to isolate completely. But there are exercises that can get you close

to isolation.

The ‘initial’ fix (short version)

Skinny > building an S-curvish butt

– Focus on short intense and heavy hitting weight training workouts 3 x a week.

– Split routines.

– Very little ‘cardio’ activity.

– Doing the above will force you to eat more… Embrace it!

– Follow the S-curve meal structure exact (See ‘Morebuzz’).

High BF% > building an S-curvish butt

– Weighted bodyweight exercises/workouts to failure.

– Follow the S-curve meal structure + your base calorie intake (Only decrease your intake

‘slightly’ if you have a BF% of 30 and above).

– 2 HIIT cardio sessions a week.

– No starchy carbs in your evening meals.

That truly is the short version. It’s also a version that’s not tailored.

There are no tweaks and nothing is gauged.

It’s not DONE-FOR-YOU (Needed for busy FitBuzzers).

There’s no one with solid experience coaching you along.

EVERYONE walks into this with a different set of dilemmas EVERY TIME (Seriously).

Your failed and fallen butt

Becoming S-curvish…

EVERYONE starts with a different set of issues.

These issues are some of the reasons why FitBuzzers start the S-curve

Challenge.

It’s usually these same issues that cause you to fall off the fitwagon.

Everything you see and experience here is EXACTLY the same as if I were

delivering this to you face to face.

Soooo… Let me introduce you to some fellow S-curve members and the issues

they’ve started with on the S-curve Challenge.

Lisa

– Neck/ back problems and a right SC joint separation.

– Knee arthritis.

Linda

– Body is producing crazy amounts of cortisol.

– Issues related to menopause.

– Recent surgery… Biopsy… Which means she had no choice but to fall off the

fitwagon temporarily.

Anaami

– Vegetarian (This is a non issue though. In fact… Being a vegetarian can be

a bonus).

– One muscle bigger than the other (The butt cheek :O).

– A dislocated shoulder at age 17 that’s come out several times since. In fact…

It came out (very violently) two weeks ago for the first time in 5 years. That totally

scared the s*** out of me (I knew how to fix it though… Reply if this happened to

you. I wrote an entire article on how to fix it whenever it happens).

Wanna know what caused it?

A hard sneeze!

I had to fall off the ‘gym’ fitwagon for two weeks to heal.

The to-do basics if you fall off the fitwagon

– Do one tailored daily exercise everyday.

And/or

– Stick to the S-curve meal structure.

In most cases… Starting (And sticking) to a tailored regime will help fix whatever

physical/mental problem(s) you have.

It’s ok if there are things that may hold back your progress.

That’s why tailoring/coaching exists. So that you can work through it effectively.

The most important thing is that your fall is temporary.

This is the no.1 priority with all things Fit Buzz this year an beyond.

That is… To keep you on the fitwagon for as long as possible, with very few falls.

We usually do an S-curve challenge workout on Fridays.

Instead, we’ll do it today… And tomorrow, will be S-curve meal focused (That may change).

For super butt and S-curve progress…

The following is a gym workout (Unlike the usual ‘anywhere’ workouts over on bronze/silver

/gold).

Rules

– 2 minute rest between sets.

– 3 minute rest between exercises.

– You’re lifting the correct weight if you’re failing at the last few reps on each set.

#1 Feet + Shoulder raised single leg (heavy) barbell hip thrust 3 x 8 reps each leg

#2 Super rep pull ups (Assisted if need be) 2 x 8 reps

#3 Standing single leg (smith machine) barbell deadlift 2 x 8 reps

#4 Laying tricep extensions (Barbell hits your forehead) 3 x 10 reps

#5 Cable machine 45 degree hyper extended donkey kick backs

#6 Hanging half leg raises with ankle weights/dumbbell between feet 3 x 10 reps

– Do the above if your body fat % is below 25%

– Do the above if you struggle to see changes in your body/S-curve quality

– Do different variations of the above and do these workouts for 21 days (3 days a week)

– Follow the S-curve meal structure

Remember… The workout is just the trigger for results. Eating S-curvishly is what will fix you.

And remember… This isn’t tailored like we do over on bronze/silver/gold. So ‘go easy’.

This week has been pretty eventful with offline and online FitBuzzers too. I got

to meet a FitBuzzer who came down from Ireland on Monday.  And I have to say,

nothing beats that ‘in person’ connection (I even got ‘snapped’ <<).

Did you use the weekend to refresh? Yea?

Good! Because you should indeed use the weekend to ‘live a little’.

That’s actually one of the S-curve Challenge rules. It’s why you see a lot of

‘exotic location’ posts over on the @fitbuzz social media accounts.

Make sure you keep an eye on the pre/post workout shenanigans album in

‘Morebuzz’ <. You’ll see why when you take a look.

Your partners butt

It’s pretty clear that what we do here is more than just physical S-curve

shaping.

– Emotional

– Mental

– Spiritual

Issues…

Many S-curve members end up on the Challenge for help in those areas.

Becoming S-curvish for the hubby is one of them too.

Soooo… Here’s a quick explanation on how we create S-curvish ‘soft lean’

body parts (See social highlights above for a visual).

Abs

– Limit heavy squats.

– Daily exercises (Half hanging leg raises, bicycle variations, fast moving 

bodyweight exercises).

– Carb tapered meals, the zig zag.

– Slow protein + fat @ night (Protect S-curvish gains).

– Slow/fast carbs + Slow/fast protein + Mono/poly fats @ morning (Sets you 

up for the day ahead).

Butt

– Wack all angles of your butt via exercise variations.

– It’s not always easy to target the butt on it’s own. So we ‘shift the load’ of 

the weight you lift, so that it wacks your butt (Sumo deadlift for example).

– Illusion masters (Tiny waist = Butt ‘looks’ bigger. Epic lats = waist ‘looks’ 

smaller).

There’s a ton’o more stuff I could highlight here. That’s why all of the stuff

you learn is taught to you week by week via the 121 coaching sessions

AND tailored into YOUR regime (Important).

That’s the reason why you’re seeing those 3-4 week results (See hall of

Today… A question that crosses an S-curve members mind…

What to do after 6 months on the Official S-curve Challenge (Bronze, silver or gold)?

Well…

Time frames + goal setting

This is a topic that I covered waaaay back in time (Reply and I’ll send you the post).

In short… We set these time frames so that you actually achieve the set goal.

– 30 days

– 3 months

– 6 months

You’ll notice that successful members from the hall of fame achieved a set goal within

those time  frames.

Which is of course the reason why time frames exist. It works!

After 6 months?

Well… Business as usual mostly. Ya just start a new payment plan. That’s it.

Today… A 30 day plan to build an epic butt/tiny waist (If you

struggle to gain mass).

Workouts

Do the following as a workout 3 x a week.

Abs

Hands raised mountain climbers with ankle weights (Till failure).

Butt

Standing donkey kick backs.

Back

Weighted pull ups (Go assisted if you need to).

Legs

Squat (Machine) > Calf raise all angles.

Shoulders

Front and lateral raises.

Nutrition

– Increase your total daily intake by 300 calories… Or just eat a little more of the

same foods @ every meal (See S-curve meal structure on ‘Morebuzz’).

– Eat whey, casein (together) and fish oil before you go to bed, every night.

– Eat nuts for your day time snacks (Food label should read high in mono/poly fats).

This is a topic that was raised yesterday. The query being…

”But… I hear different things from different sources on how to get results”

It’s all about the S-curve here. Just take a look through the hall of fame via ‘Morebuzz’ <.

Anyway… To answer the query….

All that matters is…

Are you getting the desired result (The right way)?

Is my life changing for the better?

This goes back to the spiritual, emotional, mental & physical elements of S-curve

building that I spoke about a few weeks back.

And as you’ve seen in recent newsletters… Many S-curve members needs, weigh heavily

on the spiritual, mental & emotional side of things.

So that’s where a lot of the focus is right now. Which of course helps when it’s time to get

physical with S-curve building.

Am I being coached along?

All that matters, is that you’re being coached properly…

– Being followed up on?

– Getting s*** done on the dates that are stated?

It’s all about monthly structure now. So that’s what we track. All via your member page.

Remember, it’s all about setting a plan and sticking to it. No detours. That causes you

to fail.

The detours you’re allowed to make?

– Your own S-curve meal ideas (Because you don’t have to follow the given ones ‘exact’)

– A chosen sport for HIIT cardio

– A chosen sport for fun

Does this sport help balance/improve my S-curve building shenanigans?

The recent sport @fitbuzz is badminton. It truly is a great HIIT cardio sport.

But the sport you choose must be good for YOU. Again, this goes back to the spiritual

side of things.

S-curve member Monica (See hall of fame) started doing mud runs this weekend. I’ll get

a full report soon. But that works well for her, along with yoga classes.

To conclude

It doesn’t matter if you hear conflicting advice.

All that matters, is that the program you start, produces the results that you desire.

And then all of the details above.
