As promised, here’s the quick, intense, Aphrodite/Zeus themed leg/butt targeted ‘home’ workout.

The focus = ‘Combo’ exercise variation

If you don’t break a sweat, suffer from DOMS, or simply think it doesn’t challenge your body enough, let me know.

You queried, so here’s some assnswers… ūüôā

How long is the > Epic Butt/Tiny Waist (Split Routine) program?

Treat it as an eternal program that you refer to every other week¬†(New workouts are added weekly). These are all split routine¬†workouts… Mostly lower body.¬†You start to perform a series of these workouts when it’s time to¬†take your body to the next level.¬†Remember… These are all structured workouts. They use the¬†same/similar formula for each workout.¬†So unlike the random 15 minute YouTube workouts. This, OSC¬†and all other Fit Buzz program’s are structured 4-8-12 week¬†program’s that you follow (And tweak along the way).

 

Do I need any equipment?

For these… Yes. Because the exercises in these workouts utilize¬†a variety of tools in any one workout.

Dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, ankle weights…

But that’s mainly for those of you who are doing the workouts at¬†home/anywhere. Since you’ll have most of that equipment in the¬†gym.

 

Do I get ebook versions of the program?

Yes… At your request.

Where/How can I watch the videos?

The videos are all recorded in full 1080p HD, are 15-25 minutes long and can be streamed from any PC, Mac or tablet device (Wifi if so. Video eats up too much data on a mobile phone plan).

 

Are there any meal plans?

Nope. You have Operation S-curve < for that. This is all about the workouts.

 

Explain your tailoring method to me?

Well, it all started with OSC. But you now get this with all of the programs:

– Your plan tailored (Because different things work for different¬†people. E.g. A lot of people can’t perform the deadlift exercise¬†as a long term solution @ injury prone. Instead, we opt for the¬†pull through or Kettlebell swing + variations of…).

– Support on the go by messaging at any time via Whatsapp/Skype/Viber/Kik.

– Help… to change your plan every 4-6 weeks to keep the body¬†guessing @ Kill the dreaded plateau.

  

So… This exists to target the butt and waist right?

Yup… A lot of these workouts have been put together as a result¬†of previous years trial and error, from my own workouts, from training¬†clients and just general experience. Which makes the tailoring part¬†of it all a breeze. Since it’s easy to see what’s coming before it¬†happens.

I speak with most of you every other day via all platforms, so I always¬†know what’s ‘happening’ with you.¬†Now, the S-curve is something that you are all aware of. You know¬†what it is. But in recent weeks, there has been a hot focus on the teeny¬†tiny waist and epic butt.

Soo… I went ahead and started to create a few workouts to target that…

I did say I was going to get this out to you earlier in February. Soooo… ^^

Annnnyway, let’s me explains what’s in the modulala….

– Split routines that target the legs, butt and waist (You perform split¬†routines when the goal is to take your physique to the next level, by¬†getting a little more focused on certain body parts. Hence…)

– …Great for those of you who are NOT new to training and have hit a plateau

РEach workout is a variation of one formula. Which consists of 5-6 exercises with strategically chosen reps/sets/rest periods/equipment

– All full length 1080p HD video workouts

– New workouts added every week

– On Whatsapp or Skype? Then you can get your regime analysed and¬†tailored, since I KNOW there will be exercises that won’t work for you

I incorporate a lot of what you see here into my own workouts. Which is how I know what will help you kick butt to get butt.

E.g. Strategic variations of a single leg split squat/deadlift can sometimes be much more effective than their generic versions.

Tried and tested there ^^
