Step 1: Leave a Comment Below
In your comment, include these three things:
- Tell me about the number one thing you struggle within fitness. It could be your diet, structuring the right workout, how to get rid of those final layers of fat, what type of cardio you should be doing, how to lift weights for the best results, etc. Be as specific as possible.
- Tell me how you think you can do better with what you struggle with. I want to know what you think the problem is and your ideas for solving that problem.
- Leave a link to your current progress picture. Link to the page or any page that you’d like me to take a look at. (e.g. It could be a link from any social network you’re on)
If you don’t include each of those three things, then I’m only going to respond to those who include all three, first.
Step 2: I’ll Leave a Review
Once you leave a comment, I’ll take a look at your progress picture and reply with these three things: 1. My honest first impression of your physique. If you’re not prepared for critical feedback, then maybe you shouldn’t do this. 2. What I think stands out about your physique I’ll let you know something that I like about your physique and where you have an advantage 3. How I think you can do better. I’ll give you my best advice as far as getting better at what you struggle with. As we get going, leave reviews on your fellow commenters’ comments as well. Let them know what you think so we can all improve from lots of feedback.
If we get 100 comments…
If this post gets 100 comments, I’ll tell you about the number one thing that I struggle with in fitness. It’s something that I don’t like to talk about because I know it’s a big weakness of mine. I even push for it over any other thing in my workouts. If you want to know what it is, start by leaving a comment..

Hello
I have a difficult time working out my arms. I’ve added a significant amount of muscle mass to my lower part of the body after one year of working out. However, my arms simply refuse to grow. I don’t see any definition.
I bench press about 70-80 pounds (I can lift more but I’m afraid not to get an injury), I squat 90 pounds and I shoulder press about 60-70 pounds. On the pull down machine, I lift 80-90 pounds.
My diet is not the best in the world- I eat less than 1,000-1,200 kcal a day, but I try to stick to high protein foods. I only eat carbs in the first part of the day.
I have 64 kg. When I’ve started to work out, I was 54 kg. I know that I could get some definition by losing weight and doing cardio. I hate cardio. A few weeks ago, I’ve lost 4 kg, but I’ve haven’t any noticeable difference. I would like to build bigger shoulder and biceps. I really don’t know what exactly I’m doing wrong.

I’m looking forward for your reply!
Hi Andra, everything seems to look in proportion after looking at your progress pictures. It sounds like you’re doing everything right exercise wise. How about training to near failure on some of your lifts, to then follow up with a consistent post workout mea. Fast digesting proteins up to 45 mins post workout and a slow digesting heavy carb meal a few hours after. Again, consistently over a few weeks.
Maybe you don’t need ‘bigger’ arms. How about toning them up to give them the illusion that they’re bigger. A strength training approach will workout for that, where you lift heavy but with a 5×5 or 6×6 rep/set structure. That will help tighten everything up for the long term. Not just your arms, but your entire body.
